Job summary

ICF is seeking an Associate Manager, Commercial Energy to lead the implementation, optimization, and innovation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency, electrification, and DSM programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, utility program management, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and pilot energy efficiency programs.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and regulatory deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, outreach, and marketing personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure program objectives are achieved.
• Design and execute pilot programs to evaluate innovative technologies and delivery models.
• Monitor trends in energy efficiency, flexible load management, and distributed energy resources.
• Present program performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and reporting teams to prioritize data requests and enhance visualization tools.
