Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Field Energy Advisor to install energy-saving products and coordinate program delivery for homeowners, landlords, and utility customers. You will explain benefits, schedule work, and help drive energy efficiency across assigned territories.

The role blends field work with office time, requires travel, and emphasizes data-driven reporting, safety, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in electric or natural gas utility, facilities, HVAC, lighting, or energy management.
• Energy efficiency or energy modeling experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist Program Manager with training and lead presentations.
• Assist customers through the rebate application process and report on energy savings.
