The candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in installing technologies and related field work.
• Experience in electric or natural gas utility industry or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding training for new hires.
• Supervise scheduling operations for field activities (air sealing, direct install, site assessments).
• Manage inventory and tools to ensure field staff can install efficiently.
• Conduct inspections (announced/unannounced) to monitor performance and quality.
• Provide technical support to crews and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Approve installation summaries, timesheets, and time off requests.
• Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Share best practices with other Field Supervisors/Managers to improve operations.
• Perform and teach combustion safety testing, air sealing, and direct installation as needed.
• Conduct site assessments and manage inventory reports for management.
