CLEAResult is hiring an Energy-Efficiency Account Manager to promote energy efficiency concepts and financial incentives for customers via local utilities. You will identify cost-effective investments and lead projects with partners such as school districts, governments, and contractors.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in a professional role, with proven ability to communicate a value proposition and to sell into complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 yrs experience in a professional position, preferably in outside sales, consulting, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to communicate a value proposition.
• Proven ability to sell into a multiple‑tiered and/or bureaucratic entity.

Responsabilités

• Project Management: support partners through construction and incentive payments; make demand and energy-saving recommendations; track and report partner projects; develop program processes and recommendations for improvement.
• Outreach & Recruitment: determine partner recruitment targets; recruit partners by communicating the value proposition; recruit and train trade allies/contractors for small business programs; recruit and train vendor partners for POS offerings; qualify partners and projects for inclusion.
• Customer Service/Reporting: collaborate with facilities staff, business officers, architects, engineers, and contractors; identify and elevate issues; participate in standing weekly/monthly meetings with internal team and utility client(s).
