CLEAResult in Michigan is seeking an Account Manager to support the West side of the state. Join a program delivery team implementing commercial energy efficiency rebate programs and engaging customers and trade allies to grow participation.

You will travel 50-75% in-state, build a commercial pipeline, coordinate with contractors, and report monthly progress. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office is expected, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, energy efficiency, or consulting.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency preferred.
• Located in or near Kent County.
• Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and trade allies about Energy Efficiency rebate programs and participation.
• Develop outreach tactics to engage commercial customer segments.
• Build commercial customer pipeline and guide projects to completion.
• Serve as liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction.
• Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve service.
• Identify and schedule event participation and program presentations.
• Utilize a CRM daily and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and track progress toward goals.
• In-state travel on the West side of Michigan: 50-75%.
