Accenture is seeking a senior Energy Domain Leader to guide end-to-end transformation for oil & gas clients. You will drive digital operating models, data modernization, and cloud-enabled architectures across Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, and Low Carbon value chains.

You will mentor global delivery teams, foster executive relationships, and lead high-value business development opportunities with energy clients.

Qualifications

12+ years in Oil & Gas/Energy industries.
10+ years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, and downstream domains.
10+ years mentoring high-performing global delivery teams on large-scale transformation.
10+ years in business development and solutioning for executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, equivalent 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Energy Domain Leadership efforts advising clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise challenges.
Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and data ecosystems.
Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, modernization, and platform engineering.
Cultivate executive client relationships and lead growth opportunities.
