Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technology Strategy Manager / Senior Manager for the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy) to advise C‑suite leaders on technology strategy and business impact. You will shape technology roles in business strategy, identify value opportunities, and drive transformative programs using AI and emerging tech.

You will lead teams, develop client relationships at senior levels, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value and cost take-out, or tech-driven revenue growth.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, project, and program deliverables while mentoring full teams.
• Build relationships with senior clients and drive trusted advisor status.
• Contribute to thought leadership, asset development, and proposals development.
