Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Energy strategy and transformation leader to advise clients across Upstream, Midstream and Downstream segments. You will guide enterprise data modernization, governance and architecture programs while driving AI-enabled transformation and platform engineering initiatives.

The role emphasizes executive stakeholder engagement, client growth, and development of industry accelerators. Travel 0–100% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream and downstream.
• Minimum 10 years of mentoring global delivery teams on large-scale transformation.
• Minimum 10 years of business development and solutioning for executive client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drive digital operating models, process modernization, and domain-specific data ecosystems.
• Define solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploy AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and lead business development for high-value pursuits.
