Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Heating and Energy sector.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and lobby visits.
• Own delivery/service/technical issues from start to finish.
• Document interactions and update customer records.
• Promote products and services to existing customers.
• Support accounts receivable calls and statement processing.
