Haffner’s in New England is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service via phone, email, and in-person interactions at our New Hampshire location. You will handle delivery, service, and technical issues with ownership from start to finish, using approved scripts and SOPs to resolve inquiries.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service (call center preferred) and 1+ year in the heating/energy sector, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Heating and Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, positive customer service to Haffner’s customers via telephone, email, and lobby visits.
• Answer initial and follow up calls from customers with delivery, service, and technical support issues, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Respond to inquiries using approved scripting and SOPs, with follow up when escalation is required.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers by promoting company products and services.
• Maintain documentation for new and existing customers and update records in the company system.
