Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Heating and Energy sector.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, positive customer service via phone, email, and lobby visits.
• Handle delivery, service, and technical support inquiries from customers from start to finish.
• Research information using approved scripting and SOPs; escalate when needed.
• Promote company products and services to existing customers to generate new business.
• Maintain documentation for new and existing customers.
• Record interactions in the company system (e.g., Cargas) to keep records updated.
