Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience, or Customer Relations (billing, payment)
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a changing schedule
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Handle residential inquiries relating to billing, payment, mobile app, website and customer moves
• Receive operations type calls (gas and electric emergency, outage and gas emergency/inquires) and document details
• Use CIS to maintain current and accurate customer information
• May perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
• Contribute to first contact resolution and customer satisfaction
