This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are adequately staffed with qualified individuals, contributing directly to project success and company growth. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier craft talent, including pipefitters, welders, electricians, heavy equipment operators, and other skilled trades. \\* Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, industry contacts, vocational schools, and career fairs. \\* Conduct thorough interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific project requirements. \\* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding support. \\* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and matching them with appropriate opportunities. \\* Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to understand staffing needs, project timelines, and skill requirements. \\* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). \\* Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. \\* Participate in outreach activities and community events to promote Primoris Energy Services as an employer of choice. \\* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Job Qualifications\\*\\* \\* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. \\* Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume craft recruiting, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors. \\* Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of skilled trades, including but not limited to welders, pipefitters, electricians, and heavy equipment operators. \\* Strong understanding of various craft certifications and industry standards. \\* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. \\* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. \\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \\* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \\* Willingness to travel to project sites and career events as needed. \\* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
