This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft personnel for various energy services projects, ensuring the timely and efficient placement of qualified individuals. Job Responsibilities\\*\\* \\* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier craft talent, including pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators, and other skilled trades. \\* Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, industry contacts, vocational schools, and community outreach programs. \\* Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. \\* Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. \\* Collaborate closely with project managers and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and project timelines. \\* Coordinate and schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes. \\* Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts to selected candidates. \\* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. \\* Represent Primoris Services Corporation at career fairs and recruitment events. \\* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in craft recruitment. \\* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Job Qualifications\\*\\* \\* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in craft recruitment, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors. \\* Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled trades professionals. \\* Strong understanding of various craft roles and their associated skill sets. \\* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. \\* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. \\* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \\* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \\* Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed for recruitment events. \\* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. \\* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
