Job summary

Franklin Energy seeks a field-based Energy Advisor to serve homeowners, landlords and utility customers. You will provide energy efficiency guidance, coordinate program delivery, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

The role blends field visits (3 days) with office work (2 days) in a dynamic energy services environment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in energy/utility sectors, and strong communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in energy/utility related fields.
• Experience managing staff and proactive customer outreach.
• 2–3 years in energy efficiency or energy modeling.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets and develop new business.
