Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend and resolve problems in restaurant operations.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Involve in training of employees.
• Maintain positive teamwork and energetic atmosphere.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Support inventory logging and staffing needs.
• Assist with controllables and labor management.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
