Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew members, train staff, and ensure smooth end-to-end restaurant operations. You will mentor team members, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and drive a guest-first experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Must be able to work with computers.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems in restaurant operations.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with minimal supervision.
• Lead operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive, energetic teamwork atmosphere.
• Verify customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Open/close the restaurant and assist with inventory and staffing.
