Job summary

This role reports to the General Manager and acts as a key member of the restaurant leadership team. You will plan shifts, monitor procedures, resolve issues, and support inventory, staffing and safety programs while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential with guest-first mindset.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties for each shift and lead the crew.
• Verify compliance of procedures and safety rules.
• Attend and resolve problems in restaurant operations.
• Assist the General Manager and coach the team.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with staffing, inventory and labor controls.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in food prep areas.
