Job summary

Exploria Resorts in Clermont, FL is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience at the resort. You will greet guests at the front desk, answer questions, recommend activities and restaurants, and handle phone inquiries.

This full-time role requires strong hospitality and communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hospitality skills and communicate with guests professionally.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions, multitask, and communicate clearly.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Adhere to cashiering procedures and handle cash/credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at the front desk and assists with check-in/check-out.
• Answers questions, recommends activities and restaurants to guests.
• Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information.
• Provides outstanding customer service to all guests.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.
