Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an energetic Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, friendly service at a busy hotel and convention center. You will check guests in and out efficiently, handle payments, and provide information on local attractions and services.

Ideal candidates have front desk experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining PCI compliance and accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a hotel front desk position.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective at listening, clarifying, and resolving guest concerns.
• Experience with cash handling, including PCI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous check-in and check-out for guests.
• Process payments per resort procedures and handle guest inquiries in person or by phone.
• Complete daily checklists and maintain professional courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of OnQ system, room types, and special rates.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and understand VIPs and events.
