DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. is hiring a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the sales floor and coach teammates in loyalty program engagement.

You will drive fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships that drive retention. The role requires coaching and supervising teammates, developing schedules, and ensuring operations meet payroll and financial goals.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and lead company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Together with the SM and ASM, contribute to the development of 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
• Help establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, operational and merchandising sets, etc. in accordance with established budgets and financial goals.
• Execute plans and make adjustments as needed throughout plan duration using independent judgment and analysis of plan effectiveness.
