• Lead and coach teammates; participate in hiring, onboarding and development.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening/closing procedures.
• Drive loyalty programs, services, and high-quality checkout experiences.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
