Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes and replenishment.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and enrollment in private label credit cards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day department plans with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Help create schedules and staffing plans to meet athlete traffic and budgets.
