• Contribute to department plans and staffing, including scheduling and payroll considerations, to meet goals.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of teammates to maintain a high-performing store team.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and hold teammates accountable for compliance.
