Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Retail or customer-facing experience required.
• People leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Lead and develop team members, including interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee store operations with focus on opening/closing procedures, Front End and Cash Office functions, and payroll alignment.
• Drive loyalty programs and services, promoting warranty sales, private label cards, and relevant programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
