Job summary

You will drive engagement in loyalty programs, oversee daily front-end operations, help plan 30-60-90 day priorities with store leadership, and ensure accurate, welcoming service to athletes of all abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and services while upholding merchandising standards.
• Contribute to development of 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership and manage operational and staffing initiatives.
• Communicate goals to team, assign workload, and adjust schedules to meet athlete traffic while achieving payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong team, coaching, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and accountability.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and ensure policy compliance.
