• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities with the SM/ASM.
• Create effective schedules and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard teammates; provide coaching and recognition.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
