Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and maintaining presentation standards.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans and manage staffing and merchandising initiatives.
• Create efficient schedules and ensure payroll and goals are met.
• Build and lead a team, training and coaching teammates, and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies with accountability.
