Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans with the SM and ASM to support department priorities.
• Schedule staff to meet athlete traffic and ensure payroll and financial goals are met.
• Lead on sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and policy compliance.
