Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing knowledgeable information about products and assortment, following merchandising and presentation standards.
• Together with store leadership, contribute to development of 30-60-90 day plans and support business priorities.
• Communicate departmental goals, assign workload, and optimize schedules to meet demand and payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and enforce policy compliance.
