Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the sales floor, coaching teammates, and driving loyalty program engagement. You will deliver fast, friendly checkout and build strong relationships with athletes.

You will partner with store leadership to plan 30-60-90 day priorities, manage schedules, ensure policy compliance, and uphold store standards while meeting payroll and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing information about products and services.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards according to floor sets and signage requirements.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Assist with 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support business priorities.
• Lead scheduling and staffing planning to meet athlete traffic and budgets.
