DICK'S Sporting Goods in the Town of Queensbury area is seeking a Team Captain - Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the sales floor, coach teammates, and drive engagement in loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly checkout and accurate product information. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by coaching teammates and driving engagement in loyalty programs and services.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and store operations to support business priorities while meeting budgets and goals.
• Ensure accurate checkout experiences and strong athlete relationships to drive retention.
• Supervise teammates, provide coaching and feedback, and enforce policies and safety standards.
• Build a welcoming store environment and uphold loss prevention and operational procedures.
