Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers with product information and loyalty program details.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership for department priorities and budgets.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to meet goals and payroll targets.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of teammates in oversight areas.
• Enforce store policies, safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
