Job summary

NCSSM in North Carolina is seeking an IT Client Support Professional, Specialist (NS) to oversee endpoint devices, manage procurement of Windows and Apple hardware, imaging, and asset inventory across Durham and Morganton campuses and online programs.

The role provides Tier 1–3 escalation support, administers enterprise applications, and includes project work and cross‑divisional collaboration, with a flexible hybrid schedule including 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• This position has a flexible/hybrid 1-day remote option.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing endpoint devices (computers, mobile devices, peripherals) and assisting with procurement of Windows and Apple hardware.
• Imaging, deploying, managing, maintaining, and optimizing devices using imaging tools like MDT and device management tools such as NinjaOne and Jamf Pro.
• Serve as Tier 1–3 escalation for end-user support and maintain and administer enterprise-wide applications and systems.
• Engage in project management, committee participation, and cross-divisional collaboration to support technology needs.
