Job summary

CampusWorks Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Systems Administrator to oversee imaging, deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iPads, and campus devices.

The role emphasizes MDM platforms (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Apple School Manager) and printer server administration. You will develop imaging methods, automate tasks with PowerShell and Linux scripts, and provide Level 2/3 support while coordinating with vendors to ensure high availability and security of endpoint

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems experience in a Microsoft server and desktop environment.
• Experience with LANs and servers, Windows, Office, Apple products.
• Hands-on experience with MDM and endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and Apple School Manager.
• Strong PowerShell and Linux scripting skills.
• Experience supporting third-party software integrations and vendor coordination.
• Printer server administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, implementation, and management of imaging systems.
• Deployment of desktop images and configurations to computers.
• Configuration, implementation, and management of application deployment systems.
• Manage mobile device management and endpoint management platforms.
• Develop software imaging methods for Tier 2 onsite technicians.
• Write, test, document, and maintain PowerShell and Linux scripts.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
