Qualifications

• 2–4 years desktop and endpoint support experience.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and Hyper-V.
• Hands-on AD/Azure AD management incl. GPOs.
• Experience with backups and DR procedures.
• Foundational networking knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Infrastructure maintenance of Windows Server, Hyper-V VMs, and storage.
• Manage backups and data recovery procedures.
• Desktop support and help desk ticket resolution.
• Deploy workstation blueprints and zero-touch provisioning.
• Ensure endpoint security and patch compliance.
