Job summary

NCSSM in North Carolina seeks an IT Client Support Professional, Specialist (NS) to oversee endpoint devices, imaging, provisioning and asset management across Durham, Morganton, and online programs. The role includes Tier 1–3 end-user support, enterprise app administration, and cross-department collaboration.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with a 12-month EHRA exempt track, a salary range of $71,665 to $76,768, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year technical college or from a four year college or university and 4 years in a technology field related to the position.
• Related information technology experience may be substituted year-for-year for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s endpoint devices, including computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with procurement of computing devices (Windows and Apple) and manage assets and inventory.
• Serve as a Tier 1–3 escalation point for end-user support and document resolutions.
• Administer core enterprise applications and systems across campuses and online programs.
