Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations and peripherals for OITMD.
- Image endpoints, deploy applications, and troubleshoot non-routine problems.
- Provide progress updates to the Service Desk and colleagues.
- Mentor others and lead projects as needed.
