Job summary

MAJUS Consulting in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Endpoint Systems Administrator to deliver secure, reliable endpoint services across the enterprise. You will manage Windows, macOS, and mobile device environments, drive automation, and collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and network teams.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise desktop experience, expertise with Intune/JAMF/Ivanti/KACE, imaging, patching, MFA and Azure AD, plus strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in enterprise desktop and endpoint support.
• Strong admin skills on Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Hands-on with Intune, JAMF, Ivanti, KACE or similar tools.
• Enterprise imaging, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshooting hardware, OS, networking, and endpoint security issues.
• Familiar with MFA, MDM and security best practices.
• Excellent documentation, communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier II desktop and endpoint support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops/desktops and enterprise software.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), AD, MFA and identity lifecycle management.
• Manage endpoint platforms like Intune, JAMF, Ivanti, KACE.
• Imaging, patching, software deployment, and lifecycle administration.
• Investigate OS, authentication, networking, and performance issues.
• Analyze logs to identify root causes and long-term fixes.
• Support mobile device management for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, network and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain technical docs and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff on escalations.
• Support vulnerability remediation and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Assist with workstation refreshes and data migrations.
