Job summary

Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage the enterprise endpoint fleet and identity platform in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

You will oversee Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID identity and access management, and Windows/macOS device management with strong emphasis on security and automation. The role requires hands-on expertise in PowerShell, scripting, and documentation, with remote provisioning and support for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of IT systems administration experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Experience with Entra ID/AD, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with endpoint encryption and HIPAA-related controls.
• Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers Microsoft 365 tenant services including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams.
• Owns Intune across Windows and macOS, including enrollment, configuration, and compliance policies.
• Performs zero-touch provisioning via Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Maintains standardized device builds and minimizes configuration drift.
• Configures Entra ID users, groups, roles, licensing, and SSO integrations.
• Designs and tunes Conditional Access and MFA policies.
• Executes identity lifecycle management and offboarding access revocation.
• Implements least-privilege access and periodic access reviews.
• Maintains endpoint security controls for HIPAA safeguards and encryption.
