Job summary

Performance Drone Works (PDW) is hiring an Endpoint Management Administrator to join our growing IT team in Denver. You will manage device provisioning, imaging, configurations, and policy enforcement across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms using Intune, Jamf, and related tools.

In this role you will collaborate with IT Operations, Identity, and Security to uphold endpoint standards, monitor compliance, and document workflows while maintaining a strong security posture in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in device management within an enterprise environment.
• Experience provisioning and imaging laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of MDM/UEM platforms (Intune, Jamf) and endpoint security posture.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and prepare devices for new hires and refresh cycles.
• Apply profiles, configurations, applications, and compliance policies by role/department.
• Monitor device compliance, patch status, encryption, antivirus, and security posture.
