Church Mutual Insurance, S.I. in Merrill, Wisconsin, seeks an IT professional to provide end-user computing break/fix support and IMAC service requests.

You will troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress, and deliver second-level support for PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and other devices. This role requires knowledge of MS Office, IT asset management, and insurance industry basics, plus strong problem-solving and communications skills.

Formación

• 3+ years' endpoint computing experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of asset management methodologies, processes, and technologies.
• Knowledge of insurance industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills.
• Ability to learn CM Group IT systems, methodologies and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end-user technical environment.
• Provide break/fix support to users.
• Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) for end-user technical environment.
• Provide second level support technical for all user devices such as PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, PDA's, printers, etc.
• Support IT asset management process.
