Job summary

Church Mutual Insurance, S.I. in Merrill, Wisconsin, seeks an IT professional to provide end-user computing break/fix support and IMAC service requests.

What you'll be doing:

Provide end-user technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving and reporting progress and resolution of problems. Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the end-user technical environment. Provides second-level technical support for all user devices. Support Information Technology asset management process.

Job Specifications

• Prior Experience:

3+ years' endpoint computing experience.

Related Insurance Industry Experience Preferred.

• Education:

Associate degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
