Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an on-site End-User Computing support specialist in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role coordinates onboarding, deployment, and asset management while delivering timely, accurate service to end users.

Responsibilities include IMACD tasks, incident and break/fix support, network connectivity, printer and peripheral management, and AV/telepresence support, all aligned with defined SLAs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience in on-site end-user computing support.
Proficient with Windows OS and imaging tools.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues onsite.

Responsibilities

End-User Device & Asset Lifecycle Support: onboarding, deployment, and device replacements.
IMACD Services: new device setup, moves, additions, and decommissioning.
Incident & Break/Fix: onsite troubleshooting and resolution of EUC issues.
VIP and executive support for devices, peripherals, and conferencing tools.
Network connectivity support for end-user systems and access services.
Printer/Scanner & peripheral support and configuration.
OS imaging, deployment, and software provisioning.
Telepresence & AV support and coordination with stakeholders.
Document, track, and close tickets per SLAs and update systems.
