Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. seeks an experienced IT support specialist to provide end-user technical computing break/fix support and IMAC service fulfillment for the end-user environment.

You will deliver second-level support for devices, assist with asset management, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues, learn CM Group IT systems, and uphold service levels in a dynamic insurance IT setting.

Formación

• 3+ years’ endpoint computing experience.
• Associate degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of insurance industry.
• Knowledge of asset management methodologies, processes, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn CM Group IT systems, methodologies and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT's end-user technical environment.
• Provide break/fix support to users.
• Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds and changes.
• Provide second level support for all user devices.
• Support IT asset management process.
