Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux administration.
• Endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.
• Must work Eastern Time zone hours with 8:00 AM ET start.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities, ensuring leadership in functionality, usability, and flexibility.
• Own parts of the core platform roadmap; evaluate opportunities and trade-offs to maximize customer and business value.
• Drive direction for core features like automations, policies, agent behavior, and configuration models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and stakeholders to define features from concept to delivery.
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Write clear product requirements, workflows, and edge cases; iterate based on feedback and usage data.
• Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas.
