• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems; confer with vendors or staff for resolution.
• Run routine diagnostics to isolate causes of system failures and perform moderate repairs.
• Liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide routine technical assistance for computer hardware and peripherals.
• Perform basic networking tasks and patch panel work; create custom patch cables.
