Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and two years of endpoint support experience, along with solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds are also required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of endpoint support experience in an enterprise environment or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
• Experience with PT Refresh and troubleshooting networking issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and connectivity.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver technology services effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities.
• Ensure endpoint security compliance.
