Job summary

Florida Gulf Coast University is seeking an Endpoint Services Analyst I to support the campus endpoint environment, deploying and maintaining software, applying policies, and assisting with modern device management. This role handles Windows, macOS, and mobile devices via MDM/UEM platforms and helps ensure compliance and security posture.

The position contributes to ongoing modernization for reliability and user experience across the university’s computing environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Any appropriate combination of education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports configuration, deployment, and day-to-day operation of enterprise endpoint management tools (MDM/UEM) for Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Assists with device provisioning workflows including automated enrollment and modern onboarding.
• Implements and maintains endpoint security and configuration policies as directed by senior staff.
• Performs software deployments, updates, and packaging tasks using centralized systems.
• Monitors endpoint compliance, health, and update status; escalates as needed.
• Documents procedures, standards, and troubleshooting steps for consistent operations.
• Coordinates basic testing of deployments with other departments.
• Provides escalation support for endpoint issues from IT User Support Specialists.
• Maintains inventory records for endpoints, peripherals, and software licenses.
