Qualifications

• Requires either four years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports configuration, deployment, and day-to-day operation of enterprise endpoint management tools.
• Assists with device provisioning workflows and modern provisioning methods.
• Implements and maintains endpoint security and configuration policies.
• Performs software deployments, updates, and packaging tasks.
• Monitors endpoint compliance, health, and update status; escalates issues as needed.
• Documents procedures, standards, and troubleshooting steps for consistent operations.
• Coordinates basic testing of deployments and endpoint changes with departments.
• Provides escalation support for endpoint-related issues.
• Maintains inventory records for endpoints and licenses.
• Tracks work in the IT ticketing system with end users.
